Are you specialize in nail art?
While we do provide basic nail care services, we want to be transparent that nail art is not our specialty.

What is gel overlay?
A layer of gel product applied onto your natural nails. Similar to dipping powder and a popular option for individuals who want to strengthen natural nails.

What is Gel-X?
Artificial tips put on top of natural nails to extend them. It is an alternative to traditional acrylic or hard gel nail extensions. Removing Gel-X extensions is typically less damaging to the natural nails.

How long does Gel-X last?
The exact duration can vary depending on your natural nail growth and your daily activities. Proper maintenance can extend the life of your Gel-x extensions. On average, Gel-X extension lasts from 2 to 4 weeks.

Why do nails need to be cut short when we apply the gel X tip?
Shortening your natural nails provides a clean and even surface for the Gel-X tips to adhere. The tips can seamlessly blend with your natural nail length, resulting in a more natural appearance.

Do you offer fill service for Gel-X?
No, we do not offer fill for Gel-X. However, we can do a polish change if the set is less than two weeks old. After two weeks, the natural nails grow too long and will likely cause lifting.

How long does gel overlay last?
The longevity of a gel overlay can vary depending on your natural nail growth and your daily activities. On average, a gel overlay can last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I pick my seat?
We're a small salon with a limited number of chairs. While we value your preferences, we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements due to the dynamic nature of our business. Factors such as appointment schedules and service requirements may affect the seating layout on any given day.

Why do I have to deposit?
Deposit serves as a commitment from clients to honor their scheduled appointments. This commitment helps us optimize our scheduling and allocate resources efficiently. By requiring deposits, we discourage late cancellations and no-shows, which can disrupt our salon's operations and prevent other clients from accessing our services.

Why do I have to deposit now but not before?
The deposit is required for clients with a history of no-shows and late cancellations.
