Cancellation and Reschedule

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $20 fee per person and may require a deposit for future appointments.

Running Late?

  • If you will be running a few minutes late for an appointment, please note a complete service may not be possible and some parts will have to be skipped. If fifteen minutes late or more, your appointment might have to be rescheduled.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

Services

  • If you have any issues with the color, shape or anything else, please let us know at the time of the service.
  • If a lift/pop/chip does occur with gel polish within 7 days, we will fix your nails free of charge (same polish color). Please call in advance so we can accommodate with scheduling. Our guarantee is not applicable to regular polish and gel polish change.
  • We are not responsible for any nail breakage that may occur after your appointment.
